New Character Cost Question

I know there is a $10/month cost to play this game and it cost about 75 cents to create an extra character. Am I charged 75 cents once for creating that one extra character or consantly charge each month I use that character? Just to make sure you guys understand my question. I create two characters for that month I will be charge $10.75 will I be charge $10 or $10.75 the next month? I hope I explained well enough for you to understand it. Thank You

I'm guessing 10.75. The extra money is for them saving your character, so it would make more since for the cost to be continous. Otherwise you could create as many as you wanted, and square would have to hold all of them for free.
