What ego? Are you posting in the right topic? Get over it. Beta testers get a free HDD, non beta testers do not. Whats so hard to comprehend (or accept?). Sounds like sour grapes to me.

For you to try to get it in our heads that S-E may go back on their commitment, is just a sad and pathetic way to make yourself feel better.

So we understand each other, I don't care what you think. My only setback is where I live... I will probably not get the package until after retail... there, does that make you all warm and fuzzy inside?

you made no sense lol its ok, no one is hating but spaming the forums with these questions day in and day out is rather stupid and will not get square enix's attention if you want to do any good I suggest spamming this to their email support service

Who's trying to get S-E attention by posting here? As far as I can tell, people are posting here to communicate any info others may not know.

For those that keep emailing them, well... that may not be a good idea, but it's their choice. Personally, I have not sent S-E any emails.

This may sound like a sob story, but it's actually far more painful to have played the game for 3 months, then be without it for 6, than not having played it at all. You may not think so, but I can say for a fact that these last 6 months would have gone much quicker if I had not played Beta.

I agree with Gman, I was a PC beta tester and I went nuts for 2 months so I cant even imagine how he feels........it will come in dont worry ^.^

Oh yea, Just to let you guys know, they don't ship anything "ahead of time". Normaly when companies ship things to retail, they ship it before it's release date, that way they can have everything prepped and ready for when it's time to go out. So the most likely answer to the "shipping early" question will be you'll get it 4-5 days before retail.

Everyone who beta tested the PS2 version is very eager to receive the HDDs. I know, I am too.

I know there have been tons of complaints from PC testers because "Square Enix didn't ship them anything for free." The fact is, it wasn't Square Enix's decision, but it is Sony who is shipping out the free HDDs.

What I'm trying to say is, PC beta testers get nothing for free, and there's not a thing anybody can do about that. Sorry

PS2 testers didn't do anything special to get these gifts, so there's no reason to put the blame on them. Instead of arguing with them because you feel left out, why not leave the thread alone, since it was directed to other PS2 beta testers who might have an idea as to when they will recieve the HDDs?
