are we going to be able to make accesories like rings and bracelets or whatever to raise stats or abilities?you know enchanting items? if not they should put that in the exspansion as a guild or a job i think it would be better as a guild
any info would be helpfull

They're not called enchantments, but there are several guilds you can join to produce items that raise stats and have other abilities. Armor has these effects as long as it is on you, and certain food, if eaten, will produce special temporary stat boosts.

The guilds are Blacksmith, Jeweler, Culinarian, Fisherman, Leatherworker, Needleworker, Alchemist, and Boneworker. (Someone tell me if I left something out. :sweat: )

How do guilds raise stats?

It's done by practicing the skill, i.e., since you always use crystals in the synthesis of Guild items, if you were to make a Hotdog out of Orc Meat, Bread, and a Fire Crystal, you would gain experience for the Culinarian guild. However, remember that you must join a guild before you can create the items it makes.

Oh, and the Hotdog example isn't real. An Orcish Hotdog would taste nasty. :spin:

These ae wat diffrent guilds do

Black Smith Guild: Makes swords and armors

Jewler: Makes jewlery as in earrings, rings, and yada yada

Fisherman:Catches fish for he culnarian

Culnarian:Makes food out of crystals to eat

LeatherWorker:Makes stuff outta leather like hats

Needle worker and Alchemist: I dun:sweat:

Boneworker: Makes weapons outta bones

The needleworker makes things out of cloth (with needles! ), and the alchemist makes things like Potions.

ok let me restate me question laddy,have anyof you played morrowind for the xbox?,if you have you know what i mean by enchanting,if not i mean it like this,,for example......say one day in the ffxi world im strolling along stealing candy from tarutaru's the n running away ya know minding my own business then a monster comes along and attacks me then i kill the basard and i get a ring,,a regular plain old ring,earing what ever,andi want to give it "magical properties"like str +20 or sumthin like that COULD I DO IT OR NOT!!
