Hey guys imported FFxi for the PC and i have met a group of incrediable people. They have spent near 60+ game day hours on the game. That is a lot of timet o commit to a game. To tell you the truth even if the game does come out in states... my personal opinion is that not a whole lot of these guys on the fourm that imported will convert to the american version. If you think about it, giving up all the time that you put into the game to get the new version doesnt make any sense... it would be like getting a puppy a loving it for 10 years then throwing out on the street and forget about it... it doesnt work like that... so something for all of you to think about is why wait for the release of it in america when you can get the game now and play with people that are already playing. This is just my personal opinion and i just want to put it out there for you all to think about. Cause maybe waiting for the best thing isnt what you need maybe what you need is the best thing now...

This really isn't news and should be moved to FFXI Talk. Also, you can't compare time spent playing a game to the time spent caring for an animal. It doesn't work like that.

Seriously. I've deleted 99 hour Final Fantasy games numerous times. It's not as big of a deal as you are making it sound. And plus, are you sure you can't use your Import character on the American version?

u can't convert ur character or ur account over....

neways, aren't we not supposed to be importing, so they set up a spot for u to claim where u live or watever? not sure..

i thought that american servers were gonna be on the same servers as the japanese players...if so then that means that you can convert ur accnt and characters, but i dun really care i am importing soon and i am also gonna get the NA pc version when it comes out, hehe

ok when i say 60 + in game days that is 24 times 60 that is 1440 hours of game play... i mean that is a lot of hours... and the whole animal i am sorry about that... just a bad example... my bad

the countless erases of 99 hour ff game deletes that is nice but i am sure you can count the number and it wont add up to that much game time... and importing the game isnt as bad as it seems you dont really need to understand japanesse. all of the helpful info on this site is well really... helpful. but i am not trying to start anything just posting my opinion... sorry about the wrong section i wont do it again... or a leaste try not to.

hehe...believe me im gonna be dedicating A LOT of time to this game as well! regardless of what ver it is or the fact that im gonna get the NA pc version, but i think that we are on the same servers as jp players and if thats true then that means that we can use our accnts on the NA pc ver TT

Hey ping when the na version comes out you going to leve jap info up i plan on playing with the japs for about a mounth after the na version is realsed so i can have money saved up to buy it

I dont know why people are thinking the American servers are moving onto the Japanese servers, just think about it for one moment. First, Square wouldn't be saying they're having trouble finding servers in America and two, The Japanese servers are getting full enough already and there is gonna be a major lag disorder there. **Moved to FFXI Talk.**

I really dont think square is gonna put american and japanese servers together there will be alotta lag inside citys so that 56kers wont be able to play and the servers would prolly overload
