Changing towns??

I started in Bastok as a Hume for the Bastonan ring, but I really want to lvl and live in Windurst. I know how to get to windurst but what do i have to do to change my loyalty to Windurst. To get signet and do windurst missions.

Could someone please point me at the correct way to change allegances

I am not perfectly sure, but I think you need to go to the town representative in Jeuno and apply for your new citizenship. My last information on this was a cost of approx 40.000 gil on top.

Yeah, it's going to cost you quite a bit of gil to change. Not sure what exactly the price is, but I think you need to find some NPC in the town you want to change to. Not sure, though.

Last time i check you go to city hall in each town to change citizenship. In Windurst, you go to Windurst Waters i believe it was (the place with the humungous tree) go inside and they have some tarus sittin at a desk..apply there
