ok, i was looking at mithkabob's at the AH and it said "Mirthra's" like them. So humes can't eat them? that sucks

and what ingredients to make them? thanks

Anyone can eat mithkabobs. And they are 4th rank culinary skill, will take a while and $ to get there.

I'd usually use meat mithkabob or broiled crayfish depending on what I do in the party, once the party starts working out. Broiled crayfish is difficult to find at AH though....

Anyway, to get ranks up,
0-2: millioncorn + fire crystal = Roasted corn
2-6: hare meat + dried majoram +fire crystal = grilled hare
6-10: 4 orange + water crystal = orange juice

grilled hare and orange juice are unstackable, you might want to stack the materials up and synthesize during battle down time if your not selling them off.
