just got home and i need to update ffxi on this computer, and bleh i was bored so i went to 2ch. this post attracted my attention

the post has no link back to where they found it on square's site however it does look somewhat real ><

also the post after it said that the new level cap will be feb next year

and no new summon =( this kinda sux

it's been made up by somebody. fake, not true, trash. period.

this kinda things r always found in 2ch; very common prank.

also, as to the lvl cap, s-e's dev team made it official that the cap raising will be in december, so u can pretty much count on that.

btw, this one's imitating well, but if u speak japanese, look more carefully. u'll find some strange uses of grammar, like;

�W��m�ւ̈�?Ђ͉\�ɂȂ�܂��?B

whoever made this up is telling us that his/her japanese skills r so poor, though he/she must be a japanese.

i can read japanese... but my japanese is nothing good, therefore i can't really tell by their correcness of grammar or such (seeing as it is definitly posted by a japanese)
i have never seen the official saying of square's december update plan, you wanna point me to it?

If there was an update notice released, we wouldn't need it translated at all. Just get it off the NA POL site.

sorry that i misunderstood; anyways, the sentense i put on my post is grammatically wrong, though it's only a small mistake.

regarding the official statement of s-e's dev team as to the cap raising can be found in the "letter from dev team." na release may not have this one yet coz the statement was released before the na release. anyways, here's how to read it w/ jp release;

from the POL,

translated as follows;

i don't know how there r translated in na release, nor if it's even in the na release yet. but the one w/ jp release did mention that the cap raising to 75 will be in december.

ah, probably for the imcompatible issue w/ japanese characters, things r not displayed in a way they were intended. i hope u figure out how to get to the info anyways.

i'm using japanese windows, and still, characters get corrupted. that means, that this forum itself has an issue w/ compatibility w/ 2-byte characters. there's nothing we can do about that.
