Bastok quests

I've been looking everywhere for an english Bastok quest guide and have only found one that seems incorrect, or there is a level cap that wasn't mentioned. Does anyone know where I might find a website with quest guides in english?

- For the bronze knife quest in Bastok, I found Paraggoh, but where is Talib so I can give him the zinc ore??

he's in the warehouse in port bastok across from the airship building, down the stairs by some boxes.
