Is There Any Way To PVP In This Game?

Hey i was just wondering if it was possible to do plaver vs. player in this game? I havent heard anything about pvp and just assumed it wasnt there

the only way I could possibly seeing them adding pvp is by having a battle arena. They would never impliment it so you could attack someone without the others consent.

I personally doubt they'll ever add any form of pvp though.

There is no PvP, and Square said they do not like the concept. But a friend of mine thinks he has found a way to PK. Just find somone with zombie status and heal them. I have no idea if this will work, and I am against all greafing, but there are some people i wouldnt mind killing Like any member of Gods Army

I don't want them to add it. It would bring out the bitch in people and then it would become sorta like Diablo II. You don't want to PvP...PUSSY!!! Etc, etc. I really hope they don't add it, it will degrade the game (a while ago, I really wanted them to add it though).

I think it would be more than allright id they added a duel system, I mean it seams most people dont want pvp any way so if they did there would be very few people pestering other people about it, back in my everquest days I maybe dueled three people, besides my real life friend, in the two years that I played it. Its not as big a deal as some people might think. I just want it so I can ring a taru's little neck . I also hold to the belief it will never be implemented, oh well.

The only way to PK is,

When there is a monster that is hitting you (maybe you hit it with a wide range attack or magic), but you are not directly attacking it, its name is yellow... Thus any player can attack it... At this time, when someone use a very weak attack or magic on it, it will become red to them (pink to you)... But what I mean very weak is that the monster will still attack you because it hates you, but because it is pink you cant attack it, thus invincible to u... If that dude decide he will not kill it, and let it attack you. There is nothing you can do but run from it (or stand there if it doesnt hurt).

Not really a bug, but a glitch on the player side I guess. No one really abuse this bug, which is good tho...

At first I thought that individual PvP where you issue challenges to other players would be a fine idea. But, in light of Dante's observations, I don't think it's a good idea. You pretty much HAVE to accept any challenge given to you to defend your honor ... and I don't want to be "defending my honor" against somebody 50 levels higher than me.

PTvPT, on the other hand, or AllianceVsAlliance, would work nicely IMHO.

A duel mode might be nice like in PSO, but alot of people would talk shit, so I hope there is never PK

The closest I have come across is euthanasia, where a person passes a bottle of poison potion and the person takes the poison for suicide.

A lot of people have done that to attract attention out of their mundane lives in FFXI.

I think they should add a colluseum...bec. whithout PvP many people are using bugs..cheats etc. to kil l other and think there the greatest...So does it ends in PSO and this wasnt funny as a normal gamer.
