Yo stain, are these bugs in the installation fixable, I remember you in other threads talking about such bugs,

are we basically screwed when we get the kit if this error comes up??

Sanke, once you get your beta kit there is a little fold out that give you your username and password for the site, along with the web address.

There is almost no difference between playing and testing at this point. I think our only real job right now is to stress test the servers and try to crash em.

Copying the all install CD's content to a folder on my hard drive and installing from there, proved to be a work around for one of my install issues.

But as for my XP/FFXI "rights" bug, I've basically given up because I don't want to format the drive or use partition magic to create an FFXI only partition, since I have a 2nd PC to play FFXI on.

I just have to forego playing it on the PC with the best performance, but the alternate isn't shabby.

I'll just be patient and hope a fix is found.

I doubt it will affect very many Beta testers, so don't worry.
