I had that problem but the day I got the acceptance letter I replied just in case asking to change my address if I had another one there and they updated my profile for me thankfully. Try replying to the acceptance letter ASAP in chance to catch it if they did not send the kits yet to change your address. Since I've been playing the PS2 beta a lot, I know the best places to level in my area (Bastok) and a lot of the quests and missions. The time consuming part is going to be transfering my items and gil, though...
