Problem starting PLAY ONLINE please help me

Okay, i installed the 4 discs for the game and now when i double click onthe play online icon on my desk top it brings me to the playonline main screen. I know I have to use a credit card but i dont know what numbers go where or what to do or what the sreens mean. Please help, i dont know how to get the screen shots to post them either, so any pics and info woud really really help, Thanks.

for playonline start on step 18
cause your on the pc version right?
