On the name page of the FFXI PC set up, why are there 2 sets of name login things?

I tried to input the names given in the PC name help where you copy and paste, but it brought up an error thing and cleared the info on the name login.

It also wont let me switch between english and jap. when I press the key sequence while in the Playonline menus. Can someone help?

Which menu? Perhaps you can snapshot it with hypersnap because I'm not sure what you are talking about...

Make sure that you have correctly configured the switching of lanuages in windows (Control Panel > Regional and Lanuage Options > Lanuages > Details > Key Settings.
