Alright, so the official registration server is down due to maintenance from today to an unknown period of time. If I leave the registration program running (I got everything filled out correctly, I believe), and just wait for them to bring the server back online, could I just hit "Submit" and it would create my account? Or would it not accept it for some strange, unknown, and nonsensical reason?

Play it safe. Don't go trying to register while the registration servers are down. That seems rather intuitive don't you think?
