More Content ID problems (I think)

My friend is trying to start up FFXI for the first time, and he's gotten this error. Now, ordinarily I'd translate it, but the computer with most of my kanji translation software is in the shop, and I can't read kanji well. Could someone help us out here please?

You need to create a content ID through the last option on that list.
