Help me please!! Id troubles

On my XBox 360, i get into the setup, i go through it nicely. When i go to register, at the end it says along the lines of "Either the server is busy or the information you have entered is not valid. Try to:

Check to see if your information is correct
Contact your cardholder"

Now, I have done both, and i can assure you my card is working. Any idea on the problem at hand? Also, FFXI live support and FFXI phone support is doing awfully, after 7 hours, still no response.

I appreciate any tips or help you can give

I had to call earlier about something at around 6EST, I was on the phone about 35-40 mins before I got somebody. Is your card a Visa or Mastercard?

All my cards are Visas.... And none of them work. Maybe ill try a friends. But if you can shed some light on the situation, i offer you many thanks.

How do you ever get into the help service? I try for so long but i never can seem to reach them.
EDIT: i tried today and i was on for about 4 hours w.o anyone.

Pretty sure there is a registration server maintenance going on right now. The error message in POL is really stupid. It tells you your shit is not correct, but what they really mean is they're doing maintenance but they're too lazy to change the damn message.

Iight so i lost my keyboard long ago, buying a new one tomorrow. ANYONE who can help add my gamertag- tahtchriskid. Ill see if it can work and ill get back to all of you...

May or may not pertain to your actual issue. It's very well possible the problem is server maintenance like Aks suggested.
