anybody knows somethign about that?

but to play i use FFXI - US
have no problem to play or get activation for expansion -.-'

Google returned nothing, and I've never seen the error.

Contact SE is what I'd recommend.

But that's what I say all the time...

Without spending time to decipher what I can't read, I can tell you that it mentions "credit card" twice. So it has something to do with your payment method.

i've got a normal VISA card...and i play FFXI for about 5 years ._.

maybe i have to try to use webmoney?
but it's strange.....i still playing with this card never change it,but when i try to buy a new content...got this error

and i try now to update my payment method with another credit card and got ucs 60096 (it's the same problem of everyone have JP account)

... any tips?
