shop.himeya.com has it. you can get the All in one pack for the pc so you have expansion and the normal game. or you can get it from NCSX.com . both places kick some serious butt so check it out.

YOu can download load the whole thing for free and it works and theres some bypasses so its all in english and u can get on to an english sever im going to let you peeps figue the site out i have and it works i will post up the site in a few days.
