Error Code: POL-1056
ok i started getting this error on sunday so my question is what's wrong how can i fix this it very frustrating and i would like to get some help please thank you.

I've never heard of this error before, and a quick search online doesn't come up with any hits for it either. Can you provide more information about the exact error message (or better yet, upload a screenshot here)?

Other information you might want to provide is:
- Have you updated or installed any hardware or software recently?
- Have you done anything unusual to your internet connection lately?

Come to think of it, there's also this:
User Agreement Violators Terminated (Dec. 20)

If this is your problem, you need to contact PlayOnline Support and ask them what's going on with your account.

You have signed out of Xbox Live and are currently offline.
Logging out of PlayOnline...

it signs me off of Xbox Live

Sounds like your connection to Xbox Live! is encountering problems. Have you tried connecting there without turning on Final Fantasy XI and seeing if you can still use the service successfully?
