JP Pol, content ID section

So, I've checked through the forums for a bit, but can't find the old picture guide for the japanese setup. I found some references to it being "http://www.ffxionline.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=34" but it gives a "No input file specified error" so I'm assuming it got wiped with the site upgrade from august that I just read about.

Anyway, I want to delete my content ID for FE, since I dont have time for it currently. FE uses the same pol interface as FFXI, but am not sure which of the 4 options below the コンテンシIDについて button on the コンテンシID screen I would use, as I am not fluent at all in Kanji. I appreciate any help you could give.

I think the interface for all versions are identical, just change language. So I cap some screens of the NA content ID. Hope they help.
