Easy Visa card to register that works with FFXI

Tho I asked this in my last post, I never got a answer so I have no choice but to annoy you all again ;-)

Since my Visa debit cards aren't working, I'm curious to know what's a card that a college student(i.e. poor

) can register for easily(over the internet, for example) that'll work for FFXI.
