Error when I try to register playonline

So I put in my credit card information and submit, and it says system error please try again later... I have tried again later and still the same problem.

Some credit card issuer don't let card holder use it on recurring online charge.
Might want to give your credit card company a call.

Or maybe just simply a glitch in network, try it again.
