installation help

i installed the game without any problem on pc but when i arrived at step 21 i take the codes i have on my orange card and i type the top one like it says in the guide than i type nothing in the thing below and i click next, it should take me to step 22 but instead of having one line like in the guide i have 2 lines, i clik on the left button (because the right button is quit) and it takes me back to step 22.

what does this mean ?
i made no mistakes with the codes, so what did i do wrong ?

You either typed the # wrong, or you bought the game off ebay and the cdkey has already been used. Post a pic of the error message and ill translate for ya

i did buy it on ebay but the guy told me that he cancelled his account

When i bought mine off of extreme, he had canceled his account but i still needed his login information to get on since his CD key was already used.

Actually no i didnt cancel mine. I basically just gave you my account, then you changed the billing information. Sounds like ya got scammed my man.

but what will happen once i have his pol info ?
will i be forced to use it as long as i have the game ?
will i be able to change the info to get my own pol info ?

after you got his POL ID, password, email (+password). the ID will be yours. after that, you will need to change your account info in order to: create new character and play
