If so, the fix is easy. You have to open your main menu, go to one of the config bits, and switch keyboard mode to compact (instead of standard). Then it will run fine. You'll move with some letter keys etc, and it might take a bit of getting used to, but works great once you're used to it.
To open the main menu (on my laptop at least) I used the Fn (function key) and found the other key that corresponed to the "-" when pressed with the function key. That opens up the main menu. After you switch keyboard modes, you won't have to worry about that, and will just be able to open you main menu with the "-" key normally.
