Urgent need help!

Okay im importing the game like as we speak and the order is like already in and i need to know, will i need to be able to type japanese, i mean do i need a japenese keyboard to register? its for the PC, and another thing i must know.. sec gottar emember... uhh... okay yeah do i have to have my language on japenese on my computer to type it in the game? cuz i (think) i set japenese up as a secondary language i havea box that lets me change, and when i did that my comp screwed up and lagged like hell so i dunno if im comfortable with that...
MUST KNOW SOON: incase i need to cancel my order for some reason!!
