Graphic problem. Please help

I'm having a slight graphics problem, maybe someone can help. There are black flickering lines and spots on certain character models/armor. This doesn't happen on everything tho, it seems to be specific to certain colors and or models.

An example of whats happening is that on my TaruTaru's head, the bowl shaped ones, on the top of his head/hair theres a black line/spot flickering. I'm sure this is graphics related, if anyone could help me out i'd appriciate it. Thanks. Btw i've tried a buncha graphic drivers and this still happens.

My specs are fine, I have a Geforce FX 5950 Ultra. My comp monitor is very old. Thats about all I can think of.
