Canceling a Content ID?

I am afraid that if I go to cancel contract, I will cancel my entire account, instead of just one content ID. Is there a certain place I should go to cancel specific content IDs?

I have no screens of it, so just bear with me.

Once you enter POL, go to the Game selection...

Select Final Fantasy XI...

In this screen, select the option with 'ID' in the name. It should be the last option...

To ERASE a content ID, select the third option...
(Adversly, to ADD a content ID for extra characters, select second option)

From here, you'll enter your POL account info...

A screen will appear with radio buttons next to each of your account entities (your main game subscriptions and each content ID) along with their respective prices...

Select the Content you wish to delete and click OK...

NOTE:
When you created your content ID, a charater was assigned to it if one is occupying the spot. DO NOT DELETE THE ID WITH A CHARACTER YOU WISH TO KEEP IN THE CONTENT SLOT. DOING THIS WIL PERMANENTLY ERASE THAT CHARACTER. If you wish to move characters between content IDs, I believe you have to reassign them in the POL ID options, which, unfortunately, I can't tell you about since I have no idea how to do it.
