Very Very weird Graphics problem

I just got FFXI 2 days ago and i couldnt wait. Finally got the game installed after some minor problems only to find one big problem.

MISSING BODY PARTS!!!

For some reason i cant see monsters or characters properly. It only shows small faces of them. For example all i see of a tunnel worm is 2 small faces on the side of the thing. The only place in the game i see characters with no problems is in the character creation screen.

To make this even more confusing i have another bit to add. After creating 10 new characters in a row and watching the same San d'oria opening cut scene 5 times in a row the problem got better. After seing it 5 times i had completed my own character and most of the npcs in the town where complete but the monsters were still screwed and some people had no heads or arms. This was only temporary. I also noticed that when leaving an area in town and then returning the visible body parts on npcs changed.

SOME NPC's ARE TOTALLY INVISIBLE!!!

64mb asus radeon 9200se, windows xp pro, intel pentium 4 2.8ghz, 512mb ram

I updated to the latest driver and it didnt fix the problem. The only thing it did was create a new problem slowing down the playonline viewer and making it fuzzy. I also tried using the lowest setting in game but all that accomplished was making the world look really bad.

If you can help plz give me some feedback before i buy a new graphics card.

Update: NM. I tried reinstalling the latest driver and this time it worked.
