Graphics and Screen Problems

Hey guys, ok this is what happened. I installed the new updates from windows n i rebooted. All of a sudden, my screen colors are what they are suppose to be and my video card is running on the lowest bit(4). I tried changing it back to 1024-767 but it wont it says the configuration parameters reported by the video card are invalid. Windows will ignore the settings. Can anybody help me out here? i cant get back onto ffxi or anything... Maybe my vid card is fried?

More than likely the Windows update replaced some files that your Video Card uses. Try downloading new or reinstalling your old video drivers. If all else fails, use your system restore to restore your PC to a time before you did the update.
