Help my friend out please

my friend just started playing this game and he has a couple problems...
1- he cant log in to play online viewer says wrong acc/password anyway he can get that back?
2- When he goes to play final fantasy it would open for a sec, then close and say a message (forgot what it said)
3-when we got to chance settings on the ffxi config, it wouldnt work :mad: and just came up blank so please hepl my friend out

1. He can call SE at 858-790-7529

2. If he was going into ff to play that means he could log in right? But what the message says is pretty important for someone else to troubleshoot.

3. Again I'm sorry I don't exactly understand. It sounds a bit vague, If you could be more specific, that would help alot.
