Error Code:0011; 1160 **Please Help!** - Final Fantasy XI :: Dreams in Vana'diel

I really dont know whats going on but this problem is really driving me insane. Everytime I get into a party and go in to a dungeon area I am plagued with disconnects, the errors I get are the same everytime, 0011 and 1160. I have gone through the POL check files procedure and none of my FFXI files have been corrupted. Should I just completely reinstall FFXI? I'm sure all of you know what a complete pain in the ass that is, if any of you have a better suggestion I am all ears! Thankyou for any help you can provide!
