Character creation issue

I've been trying to get one of my friends into Ragnarok, but is apparently having trouble. He says that after he names the character he can't get the world pass dialogue. Apparently he clicked the Not specified box and it sent him to a random server. So if someone can tell me how to get his character working so I can get him to see this, I'd appreciate it.

He's gotta delete the character that he created and start over. When he gets to the point where he specifies the server (the "not specified" field), manually enter the exact name of the server and then enter the worldpass ID when prompted for it.

It's a kinda stupid setup, but oh well o_O
