Help!! Cant even get into Playonline!!

Each time i click on the playonline icon, they give me the error msg.. "Unable to open Playonline viewer. Please ensure that you are logged into your computer under an account which has administrator rights"

But the problem is, there is only 1 account on my win xp. It is the computer adminstrator account. What do I do??

Create another account with administrative access?

You do this via Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Create New User.

I really don't see why it's a problem though. You're really not even supposed to use the administrator for security purposes, so it should be playable from a user w/o administrative access. Also, I don't remember being given the choice of whether to install the game to just my account or everyone on the computer...but that's a moot point anyway because there's only one account ><;

I have this exact same problem and its really frustrating as there's no help from PlayOnline and Ivepaid out to play this game and I cant even return it. PLEASE help!

ok, i made a call to Playonline and they solved my problem. THere is a number to call at the end of the instructions booklet. call that number n tell them the problem that u have. they will give u the instructions to unlock the system.

Sorry that i cant post the solution here. cos its been almost a mth or so since i did it n i cant remember.. ... but its pretty easy... juz follow their instructions.. good luck w it.. !!
