Got the game today, but as I was entering my credit card info and submit it, it says that your credit card number is wrong. I have no idea what's going on. I triple checked all the credit card info and they are all correct. HELP!

Edit-adding: Maybe the playonline regstering system is down or something i hope it's not my card or I will cry

could it be that we have middle names on the card? since there is no field to enter our middle name on the card info page, they think it's wrong info? I have middle name on my card. how about you?

yup i have a MI on my card but i have used it before at places before where they don't ask for it.

man this is driving me crazy. i tried to call my mom for her card and she isn't there... wtf is this coincidencce..

yeah i called my dad to see if i could use his credit card but he did not pick up. guess ill just have to try again tomorrow.
THIS is so dam mean! To have it and not be able to play it ARG!

Well only thing i can think of is that there must be something wrong with the playonline thing, maybe there updateing it im not sure. What are the chances of it not leting two people on who are trying to sign at the same time, and giveing them the same problem. Quite small unless we both have cards that don't work but thats not to likely.. Well if you get in, post and let me know I, guess im done trying for the night.

I got it through. I used my mom's card and it was fine. It's interesting to note that her card didn't have her middle name on it. I really hope that you will work this out and enjoy this game together. Good luck.
