POL Error-0011 (need translation fast)

For some reason, all the forums regarding to ffxi players only like the translation topic is locked for me some reason even though ive had the game for almost 1/2 a year now. Anyway, im just gonna post it here. I need this translation fast because im supposed to be doing something REALLY important tonight in the game and it won?ft let me log in. I feel the problem is the funds. I'm not using my own Credit Card, im using my friends that I use to know a long time since FFXI didn't accept my credit card around 6 months ago. Anyway, I feel this is the problem but im not too sure. A fast translation would be greatly appreciated, thanks
