You'll need to acquire a WorldPass to your desired server of arrival from someone on that server...Incoming WorldPasses can be purchased from the Ports and all Kindoms except Jeuno...

If you wish to move from a populated server to a less crowded one, Square will occasionally place WorldShifter NPCs in ports to allow people to transfer full characters to other (but only a select few) servers...

Of course, you could always delete you character, make a new one and get a randomly generated server...
