Logitech Cordless Rumblepad questions

I'm thinking of buying this controller.

The feature I'm most interested in is the rumble - for fishing.

I've heard that when the fish bites, (some?) rumble-equipped controllers will rumble. The question is, is this one of these controllers?

If not, can someone point me towards a controller that does do this?

i used this controller until i got a ps2 to pc adapter it runs gr8 really comfotable and rumble is awsome you should get it !
