POL crash help please!

I play on Japanese PS2 version. Today I was downloading POL upgrade as usual when it suddenly froze in the middle of installation stage. I had to manually shut off. When I tried to load again I get a the following message in Japanese:

"Data necessary to start POL cannot be found. Please re-install."

How do I re-install POL? I put the disc in but it only gives me the usual screen and automatically connects to POL and gives me the error message.

Please help if you can. If not I'll have to call SE tomorrow. I want to get on since I have a LS event.

Try deleting the game and/or POL by the browser, where you would launch the game. Then insert the POL cd again

Thanks I tried that. Now it's telling me POL ID and PW does not match. WTF? I have it all written down and they are correct. Now I need to call SE in Japan.

Called SE Japan and received a new POL PW. That damn line is so busy:mad: They put you on hold and disconnect you after about 5 mins. Success on 7th try.

Last update: Fixed the problem with new POL PW from SE.
