Annoying BGM and Sound Effects skipping.

Well, I haven't changed any settings on FFXI or anywhere on my computer for that matter, but for some odd reason, starting today, the game music and sound effects starts skipping incredibly. It is so annoying during gameplay, and also It makes it impossible for me to clearly hear my friend over teamspeak. Nothing has changed in game except for the sounds, no lag when moving or anything, just my sound is messed up. Also, it messes up the sounds nto only in game but also at teh character select window and when it is logging me in. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, but I have done everything I thought could fix it, but still it studders and skips. Thanks in advance.

You forgot to mention that you did a full system scan on your computer (Nortan) and it came up with no bugs or viruses or anything.

I stil don't know what was wrong or what I did to fix it but it is working fine again. So...:p
