Urgent jp translation request

I am installing another copy of FFXI and was promted with this half-way through it...

That was probably because I hadn't even finished installing yet. I am done now, and am at the following screen in playonline (had to cut it in order to reduce the file size). Now for the $64,000 question: Can I log on to an existing POL account instead of going through the registration again? I need to know if I can get on the same account on two computers, although on different FFXI characters. What do you think?

The first bar seems to be the one that starts registration, the second one brings you to this.

I went along with the second bar and registered a member name under my old POL ID/password. I continued to download something and the following message appeared after it was done. Does it say the same thing as before, that I have the wrong POL ID?

for the member name+member pass, choose whatever name you want. just for the Playonline ID+pass, put into your old ID and password. If you have install and play previously.

What do you mean by that?

I already made a random member name and password and I put in my old PlayOnline ID+Pass like you said, but when I try to do this step I get that error message after i try to download:

Ok, I'll move it up to a $1,000,000 question if somebody could translate it :p

I uploaded it to imagemagician, here, so if anybody could send it to a friend that knows some japanese or something, it would be helpful. It's the only thing in our way to getting this to work right now..
