Error 1628: Failed to complete installation

This happens right when its preparing to setup POL, after I clicked on Install Playonline and Tetra Master. I don't know what's wrong. Tried a search but not much help. I'm also installing them from my pc. All the files are on my hard disk.

I got that message when preparing installation of POL on my laptop, but not my PC. For me, I could just not click on it, restore the main installation window or whatever, and the game installed with that message still running in the background. Don't know what it means, but try that, lol.
