FFXI JP: Credit Card problem?

Hi, I’ve this problem. I pay whit the credit card by Playonline for Final Fantasy XI and Tetra Master. I play online Tetra Master but is impossible for FFXI.
If I go in the Payment Content I’ve this screen: Tetra Master line is ok, FFXI no.


If I push in the right bottom in the FFXI line I’ve this screen:



Now I don’t know the Japanese language, what’s the problem and the solution?

I believe that error is the same as the others, you forgot to pay a months bill for FFXI and your account has been suspended.
