Blank Config Menu

Trying to install ffxi on my other system so my gf can play with me. problem is, the game crashes when i try to run it, (i meet system requirements.) Anyways, i thought i would go to the config menu and adjust some stuff and try to get it running, but the config menu is blank

i was told that u have to have 2 games to register the game on both computers because ull be using seperate accounts if the same account goes online then the one that logged on second will kick the other off...soooo unless u bought 2 cuz i tried it with my computer..it wont work. that should be right..
