benchmark test Question. i got an error

I downloaded and ran the benchmark so i can see how well my comp will fare and it gave me an error. In the top of the window it said error= 2000, and it says some stuff in random stuff since i dont have japanese font, but i coudl read that it said Direct3D among the stuff. It wasnt a lot of letters, just a small box. I obviously know that its somethign wrong with my direct3D, but what? If anyone can help me out and help me get this thing running ill be very greatful! thanks in advance!

Apparently it means you have a crapola vid card and not to bother. Dont worry I had exactly the same error, thats why Im gettin a new vid card

Your card does not support Direct 3d therefore it's being forced to run on software mode and FFXI doesent run on software.
