Having Problems setting it up

OK i am playing the game fine and well. got a 20/6 thf/war on asura and love it. My brother decides he wants to play, so i decided to set him up an account on my computer and give him the PlayOnline icon so he can play the game when im not on my computer and keep him from hurting the computer. Well it works up to the part when you click play and the full window launces. It launces for a second or two and then goes right back to the previous window. Please help me as i want him to be able to play too


PS how can i check which server ive been assigned when he creates his character?

Please i just need to know how to make the game work as a guest or limited account on Windows XP pro :confused:
