making a new character

i hear to make a new character on your same handle name you need to buy a additional contents id which is 30 to 60 cents... is this true and could somebody please tell me how to go about doing this

yes it cost abut 75 cents american. and you buy it just as you bought your first one, if you forgot how u did it look in the install guide here on the site

You just create a new contents ID from the main menu, and it's an additional $0.75 cents.
