Overdue Fees or something?

I have problems with my payment method. I'll explain it from the start.

"Warning:
Your account is closed due to declined authorization on your card and unpaid fees. You can reactivate your account by paying these fees with a valid card. Proceed and pay fees now?"
I choose "Yes, Pay Now".

Then a window that tells me of Overdue Fees comes up.
I select the fee and then I write in my credit card information again.
After that i verify my payment information and submit payment with that card.
It stands and loads for a while, then "Error Found" comus up saying: " A system error occured Please wait a moment and try again. "

I've been trying for about six times now, and it doesn't work.
Anyone has a clue why it doesn't work?
By the way, we are two players using the same creditcard, can that be the problem?
I've been playing "error free" since the US release though.
