Geforce4 Ti.. is a better card worth my money?

How well does the Geforce4 Ti work?
I read in the manual that it is one of the few cards that runs bump mapping in FFXI.
I need to know because I was hoping it would run FFXI well, and be cheap at the same time.
Would it be worth my money to buy a higher end card? Or will it make any difference at all?

If this post doen't make much sense, it's because I'm really tired. Umm... yeah.

Yea, the higher the number, the better, if that make sense. Of course, if your other parts arent up to date, it would suck, but overall, the card is great.
