Bad Tech Support...like every other...
well i am not jumping to conculsions but it seems that why. I stoped playing FFXI for a bit becouse this thing weird people call real life, when life is gaming i donno but i could play for a bit, my computer got messed up a few times(i was bored to, and reinstall everything for "fun") but i lost acout name and my password for playonline viewer, i am still on the phone with them, i have been on hold for ever, god its sad, also i was wondering if the phone number maybe you pay money to be on it


PS: I tried all hours of the day, seems like i was omost on the phone trying to get my info back all day, i guess tomorra i will have to fight it out again, as in about a hour they cut the lines(thats what the site says)

i hope eirther they are not working, or i just desided to play at the wrong time, and loss my password at the wrong time:spin:

They probably have a drastically reduced staff, it being New Years and all (I'm actually surprised they're open)...
You might be better off calling in tomorrow...

i just called i will try tomorra, but all today they said nothing about the thing, they just now said about the not being open on the holidays

i am glad i wasn't being bsed by a non supporting game

so do the holidays incude tomorra

also is there a fee for calling there

i spent omost all day trying, meaning the numbers would add up....alot

ive had bad relations with the support myself...
what happend to me was i couldnt log into a certain area whcih wouldnt let me get in game. and i was treated pretty badly. the guy told me to hold on, then he put the phone down and started to talk and laugh with some one. then he finaly put me on hold, 25 minutes later he came back and then told me talk to a gm ingame.... yey for the smart guy who failed to even listen to my problem... i just had my friend talk to a gm and it took like 20 different conversations with different gms till one finaly stopped lieing and admited to beign able to relocate me and did so.
then the problem was fixed but im still scared of this crappy tech support

I bet that NO one was there today, they probably programed a idle robot that makes you wait on the line for hours then says in a monotone voice "we're sorry, but the service has closed for today and the fact that you tried to call on a holiday...AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!" *hangs up*

She kept saying.. Your call will be answered in the order it was recieved... The next available tech representative will be there shortly... Hung up about 30 mins after close called back.. sorry we are closed.. gah.............

it was really annoying

i just tried today(not a holaday if i recall)

seems they are closed, and i can only get the info i need by calling tech support.....why me

hi
heres a stupid question but i dont live too much in the US so i nee some helop with the # of suport
i live in florida and i dial the number it appears there
858-790-7529. i keep dialing it but it says: " your call canot be complete down(i think) pls check the # and dial again"
i dotn know if i have to dial a state thing or something
if anyone knows something pls!!
