That thread has a few people that have the same problem.
It's an error with ATI cards... the 8500 and 9000-9200 series cards. 9500, 9600 9700 and 9800 don't have this problem.
The solution? Nothing. You're going to have to live with it, or switch to an nVidia card. Read through my last post in that thread and click the link and fill out the form to report the problem to ATI. Hopefully they'll fix it in their next driver release. Though I wouldn't count on it... it's a problem with the 3.5-3.10 Cat. drivers. Haven't tested anything earlier because I'm sick of it... maybe I'll do it, one day. The thing that sucks for 9xxx users is that the furthest back you can go are the 3.7 drivers IIRC.
